Demos are free, themes are sometimes free. But on puss3 you can make your own!so yeah they are free. Sony have started to sell themes.

Uhh, you save 6 secs everytime you play, it all adds up. You are forced to install on the ps3, not on the 360 tho.. The 360 will finally be quiet also.
